Key Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients and follow recipes for candy, chocolate, and pastry products.

• Operate and clean production equipment safely.

• Assist with packaging and labelling finished products.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations.

• Follow hygiene, food safety, and workplace safety guidelines.

• Support the manager in meeting production targets.

• Report any issues with equipment, ingredients, or processes.

Requirements

• Prior experience in pastry, bakery, or candy production preferred (minimum 1 2 years).

• Basic understanding of food safety and hygiene.

• Ability to work in a team, follow instructions, and maintain consistency.

• Physical stamina to stand for long periods and handle production tasks.

• Attention to detail and commitment to product quality.
