Job Description

Assist in the preparation of construction sites by clearing debris and setting up necessary equipment.
Carry out manual labour tasks such as lifting, and moving materials.
Operate basic hand tools and power tools under supervision.
Follow safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
Collaborate with skilled tradespeople to support various construction activities.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the job site throughout the project duration.
Report any safety hazards or equipment malfunctions to supervisors immediately.
Previous experience in construction or lobar-intensive roles is preferred but not required; we are willing to train motivated individuals.
Familiarity with basic construction tools and equipment is a plus
Able to move/lift/push/pull/carry an average of 50 lbs.
No fear of heights
Strong physical fitness and stamina to handle demanding tasks throughout the workday.
Excellent teamwork and communication skills to effectively collaborate with colleagues on-site.
Job Type: Full-time/permanent
Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 48 per week
