About the Role:
Join V360 Global Solutions, Inc. and play a key part in supporting our Australia-based clients with workforce planning, staff scheduling, and rostering operations all from the comfort of your home.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and schedule daily staffing allocations to ensure all shifts are filled efficiently.
Assist with rostering, staff training schedules, and implementation of best practice procedures.
Maintain, update, and publish staff rosters, including shift changes and updates for casual, part-time, and full-time roles.
Oversee roster databases and process variations, ensuring compliance with award guidelines.
Manage company records and documentation related to staff allocation.
Communicate routinely with managers regarding staffing gaps, overtime, and shift coverage.
Support forward planning and workforce coordination by identifying potential issues early.
Liaise with staff and leadership to resolve availability concerns and optimize scheduling.
Handle additional admin support and ad hoc tasks related to rostering, HR, and resource management.

What You'll Bring:
Minimum 1 year experience in rostering, scheduling, workforce planning, or related field
Previous NDIS industry experience is preferred for this rostering position.
Bachelor's Degree in business administration, HR, quality management, or a relevant discipline (preferred)
High-level administrative and organizational skills
Proficient in rostering systems and Microsoft Office 365
Excellent communication and coordination abilities
Strong attention to detail while balancing competing priorities
