Job Description
We are seeking a Data Entry Clerk to join our team at Aerotek . This role is essential for managing accounting transactions related to our operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance in all records. This is a fully on-site/remote position, Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:30pm.
Primary Responsibilities:
* Process accounts payable transactions, including verifying and/or entering invoices into the accounting software.
* Verify accuracy and matching of purchase orders, contracts and vendor’s invoices.
* Ensure proper approvals and documentation are obtained prior to payment.
* Ensure timely payments to vendors while maintaining accurate records of all transactions.
* Able to collaborate with vendors and other departments as needed.
* Excellent communications skills to ensure accurate processing of payments and answering vendors’ inquiries.
* Entering/updating transactions in our accounting program and/or spreadsheets.
* Sorting, Filing and organizing documents.
Requirements:
* High School Degree
* Minimum 2 years of data entry/clerical experience required
* Proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook with high volume of emails
* Ability to work independently as well as able to collaborate with other teams
* Exceptional attention to detail
* Great communication and problem solving skills
* Strong organizational skills
* Fluent in Spanish a plus
* Work schedule: M-F 8:00am to 4:30pm, onsite/remote at LA corporate office
