# Purpose-Driven Credit Union Formation Internship

Join a groundbreaking movement to create the world's first credit union designed exclusively for purpose-driven social entrepreneurs. This 100% remote, flexible internship supports three pioneering projects: Voice Up University, Make the Difference Media Network, and the credit union itself all focused on mental health, behavioral wellness, and social impact.

## Program Structure
- **Duration**: 3-12 months (minimum 3-month commitment)
- **Time**: 10-20 hours/week, flexible scheduling
- **Start Dates**: Rolling admissions for seasonal cohorts (Winter: Jan, Spring: Mar, Summer: Jun, Fall: Sep)

1. **Regulatory & Legal Development** - Charter applications and compliance research
2. **Market Research & Member Development** - Survey social entrepreneurs and build membership
3. **Financial Modeling & Product Development** - Create sustainable loan products for impact ventures
4. **Technology & Operations** - Design banking systems and user experience
5. **Community Engagement & Partnerships** - Build relationships with impact organizations
6. **VoiceUp University Integration** - Connect purpose-driven education with financial services
7. **Media Network & Content Development** - Create inspiring stories and Stress Free Zone workshops
8. **Mental Health & Behavioral Wellness Innovation** - Develop proactive wellness strategies

## Compensation Options

## Application Requirements
- Currently enrolled student or recent graduate (within 2 years)
- Interest in social entrepreneurship or social justice
- Strong communication skills and remote work capability
