Voice Up Publishing seeks passionate musicians with a deep commitment to creating works of art through music that lift and inspire others towards purpose. This Music & Mental Health Internship Incubator is a 100% remote program designed to discover and develop musical artists who understand music's power to heal, inspire, and guide people toward discovering their unique calling while addressing mental health challenges.

## About Voice Up Music Incubator
Our Music & Mental Health Incubator serves as a specialized discovery and development program for musicians who believe in music's transformative power to heal mental health struggles and inspire purpose discovery.

**All forms and genres of music are welcome** with specific emphasis on **Soul, R&B, Jazz, Folk, Country, Rhythm and Blues, Gospel, World, and Cultural Musics**. We believe these genres possess unique healing qualities and deep cultural roots that make them particularly powerful for therapeutic purposes and purpose discovery.

## Participation Options
### Option 1 - Standard Internship Tracks
- **Academic Credit**: 15-20 hours/week with university partnership
- **Volunteer**: 10-15 hours/week for musicians building purpose-driven music experience
- **Stipend**: $20-30/hour for exceptional contributors

### Option 2 - Investment & Equity Fellowship Option
**Music & Mental Health Innovation Fellowship**

**Equity Ownership** We are transforming crowdfunding ($5 to $25 a month) connecting people to purpose. Support a global movement already spanning 1,700 cities. 80 countries. Join the ground floor of a global grassroots movement.

**Performance-Based Equity**: Full (90-100%) = 100% converts Strong (75-89%) = 75% Moderate (60-74%) = 50%
**Evaluation Criteria**: Musical creation excellence, therapeutic impact, purpose inspiration, community building, consistent demonstration of Voice Up's principles of **collaboration**, **humility**, **precision**, **patience**, and **empathy**, and implementing those in such a way that creates a safe space for people to discover and collaborate
