About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our growing team in Tampa. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, building long-term client relationships, and representing our brand with professionalism and enthusiasm.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and generate new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and client visits.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
Present and promote products/services to customers with a consultative approach.
Prepare and deliver sales proposals, quotations, and contracts.
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Conduct market research to identify trends and competitor activities.
Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM systems.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
Proven experience (2+ years) in sales, preferably in [insert industry, e.g., real estate, IT, retail, etc.].
Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
Valid U.S. work authorization.
