Job Description

A full-time Manager position is available immediately at the company’s location in Boston, MA, reporting to the Owner at Spring LLC.

The Manager will have the following specific job responsibilities:

1.Oversee and coordinate daily operations across departments, including customer service, sales, and marketing teams, to encourage collaboration and optimize workflows;
2. Monitor business performance metrics, analyze operational data, and implement strategies to boost productivity and reduce costs;
3. Adapt business strategies in response to market trends, industry analysis, economic shifts, and competitive developments to maintain profitability;
4. Coordinate financial budgets to ensure cost control, strategic alignment, and maximization of ROI while maintaining the high standards of a fast-paced yet customer-focused dining experience;
5. Collaborate with senior leadership to shape and enforce policies that drive business objectives, enhance internal processes, optimize resource allocation, and support company priorities;
6. Oversee the implementation and management of service platforms such as Uber Eats and Toast POS to enhance order accuracy, streamline operations, and improve customer satisfaction;
7. Assign duties to team members based on skill sets and operational priorities, ensuring efficient service delivery and optimal team performance;
8. Lead the development and execution of product-marketing strategies, including advertising campaigns, seasonal promotions, and new menu launches;
9. Analyze performance data, leveraging tools such as Google Analytics and SEMrush to track SEO and digital performance, generating insights, and recommending data-driven optimizations; and
10. Promote initiatives that elevate customer service, strengthen brand identity, and ensure a seamless experience across physical and digital touchpoints, enhancing responsiveness and fostering strong client relationships.
The work hours are 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM.

The experience and education requirements are:
A minimum of two (2) years of demonstrated professional employment experience as a manager.

Required experience must include the following:

(1) A minimum of two (2) years of demonstrated experience in collecting and analyzing data related to operational activities, including performing cost-benefit analysis and developing KPIs (key performance indicators);
(2) A minimum of two (2) years of demonstrated experience in optimizing methods to develop and interpret operational data to assist management with decision-making;
(3) A minimum of two (2) years of demonstrated experience in optimizing resource allocation;
(4) A minimum of two (2) years of demonstrated experience in strategic planning and leadership for a team;
(5) A minimum of two (2) years of demonstrated experience in managing annual budgets and driving significant ROI.
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or a related field.

Required knowledge must include the following:

(6) Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or a related field level of knowledge in marketing management and digital marketing analytics;
(7) Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or a related field level of knowledge in financial accounting and financial management; and
(8) Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or a related field level of knowledge in strategic decision-making and operations management.
