Job Title: Export Sales Executive

Job Summary:
The Export Sales Executive will be responsible for developing international business by identifying new export opportunities, maintaining relationships with existing overseas clients, and ensuring smooth execution of export sales operations. The role requires a proactive individual with good communication, negotiation, and coordination skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and manage international sales, focusing on increasing export revenue and market share.
Identify and contact potential overseas customers, distributors, and agents.
Prepare export quotations, proforma invoices, and commercial documents.
Negotiate terms of sales such as price, delivery, and payment conditions with foreign buyers.
Coordinate with logistics, production, and documentation teams to ensure timely shipment and delivery.
Maintain regular follow-up with customers for payments, feedback, and repeat business.
Conduct market research to identify potential regions, competitors, and pricing strategies.
Attend trade fairs, exhibitions, and business meetings to promote company products.
Ensure compliance with export laws, regulations, and documentation requirements (LC, Bill of Lading, etc.).
Prepare periodic sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses.
Skills & Competencies Required:
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Strong knowledge of international trade practices and export documentation.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and ERP systems.
Good understanding of logistics, shipping, and incoterms.
Ability to build long-term relationships with overseas clients.
Target-driven, self-motivated, and result-oriented attitude.
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in International Business / Marketing / Commerce or related field.
Minimum 2 5 years of experience in export sales (industry-specific experience preferred).
Fluency in English is mandatory; knowledge of other foreign languages is an advantage.
