Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer with 7 years of overall experience, including at least 3 years in Service Portfolio Management (SPM) and Custom Application Modules. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in ServiceNow Scripting and Integrations, with a proven track record of implementing, customizing, and integrating solutions on the ServiceNow platform.

Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions focused on Service Portfolio Management (SPM) and Custom Applications.
Configure and customize SPM modules (e.g., Service Catalog, Demand Management, Portfolio Management) to meet business requirements.
Create and customize ServiceNow applications using ServiceNow Studio, business rules, workflows, and UI pages.
Develop complex ServiceNow scripts (Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Actions) to automate processes and enhance functionality.
Integrate ServiceNow with other systems using REST, SOAP, and MID Server integrations.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ServiceNow applications, integrations, and performance.
Participate in the full development lifecycle, from requirement gathering to deployment and post-production support.
Provide expertise on ServiceNow development best practices, ensuring that the solutions are scalable, maintainable, and secure.
Work closely with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions within the ServiceNow platform.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and smooth operation of ServiceNow applications.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
7 years of overall ServiceNow development experience, with at least 3 years focused on Service Portfolio Management (SPM) and Custom Application Modules.
Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow scripting (e.g., Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Actions).
Proficiency in ServiceNow integration with third-party systems using REST, SOAP, and MID Server.
Experience with ServiceNow SPM modules (Service Catalog, Demand Management, Portfolio Management) and building Custom Applications.
Knowledge of ServiceNow ITSM and ITOM modules is a plus.
Ability to design, develop, and deploy scalable and maintainable solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
