ServiceNow Business Analyst (Hands-on ITOM (IT Operations Management) module)
Overall Experience Level - 10 years
Relevant experience - 4 to 8 years into ServiceNow Business Analyst
Job location - Hyderabad (3 days/week onsite)
Summary:
Business Analyst with expertise in Requirement gathering, solution analysis and realize the changes in effective &
efficient way. Having in-depth understanding of the ITIL processes, hands-on expertise and delivering projects in
the domain of IT.
Responsibilities:
• Analyse complex business problems and determine an IT solution
• Gather data and analyse business and user needs, In terms of Functional and Non-Functionals
• Complete the requirement analysis to ensure that the solutions being designed are Available, Stable,
Performant, Usable and Maintainable.
• Work closely with Business, Architecture, Development and Testing teams in doing detailing the process
and the solution
• Enhancing the quality of IT products and services, analysing data to inform business decisions, and finding
technological solutions to business needs
• Apply ITIL best practices to improve and streamline IT service management processes
• Experience in analysing data to draw business-relevant conclusions and in data visualization techniques
and tools
• With good understanding on the Technology evolution, SAAS solutions, advise the business in adapting to
the right mix of fit for purpose solutions
• Identifies opportunities for asset reuse that reduces overall solution cost and development time
• Perform the validation of solutions is being built/realized, together with the business process Responsible
• Together with the project team you put the solution into production and roll it out in the organization.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Science/Engineering/Business Administration, or equivalent experience in related
field
• Minimum 10 years of IT experience and 4-8 years of experience as Business Analyst / Solution Analyst role
• Strong knowledge on any one of the platforms/packages (Ex: ServiceNow)
• Strong understanding of ITIL processes and ITOM model
• Experience with ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, and other relevant modules.
• Good inter personal skills (Communication, Collaboration, Openness, Transparent..)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills including technical writing skills.

implementation, migration, and maintenance of IT services and solutions.
