Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain data for all legal cases.
Communicate with clients over the phone and persuade them to complete the legal formalities.
Provide clients with complete information regarding procedures, dates, fees, and benefits.
Report court orders and updates to clients promptly.
Maintain regular communication with clients through calls, emails, and WhatsApp.
Collect client information, verify documents, and ensure their authenticity.
Coordinate with advocates to prepare applications and ensure timely submission in court.
Provide real-time updates to advocates in case of any emergency or urgent situation.
Keep track of the status of each court hearing and maintain records in the system.
Update case details and perform data entry in CRM and company software portals.
Coordinate effectively between advocates, clients, and management.
