The store currently operates with structured processes and an emphasis on aesthetic and customer experience. The Facility Management role plays a crucial part in ensuring a seamless, clean, organized, and well-maintained studio environment that aligns with the brand’s experiential standard. *Role Overview:*We are seeking a *Facility Manager* to *oversee day-to-day facility operations, maintain store hygiene standards, ensure upkeep of visual ambience, manage housekeeping staff, and coordinate store maintenance activities* . The role requires a *proactive, detail-oriented individual* who can maintain a refined environment while ensuring smooth internal coordination. *Key Responsibilities:** *Store Maintenance:* Ensure the studio is consistently clean, well-maintained, and reflects Dazzles’ aesthetic and brand presentation standards.* *Team Coordination:* Supervise and manage housekeeping, utility workers, and support staff to maintain discipline, grooming, punctuality, and workflow.* *Inventory & Supplies Management:* Monitor and maintain cleaning materials, utilities, maintenance equipment, and housekeeping consumables.* *Facility Upkeep* *:* Coordinate with vendors, technicians, and service providers for repairs, improvements, and maintenance activities.* *Standards & Audits:* Conduct regular walk-throughs and quality checks to ensure compliance with facility hygiene, safety measures, and brand ambience guidelines.* *Reporting:* Maintain logs of maintenance activities, schedules, supplies usage, and vendor servicing records. *Key Requirements:** Age: 25-40 (Male candidates preferred)* Experience: 1 years+ experience in facility or housekeeping management; retail/hospitality experience preferred. *Skills:** Strong understanding of housekeeping and store upkeep.* Ability to supervise, motivate, and discipline support staff effectively.* Clear communication and coordination skills.* Problem-solving attitude with attention to cleanliness and presentation details.* Ability to handle external service and maintenance vendors. *Salary* : *Up to ₹28,000* (based on experience and fit)Mysore Jobs | Mysore Job Vacancy | Very Urgent Jobs in Mysore | Jobs in Mysore for Female | immediate jobs in Mysore | Jobs in Mysuru
