Assistant Manager (Hotel Services Manager)

Halls Creek Motel and Restaurant Pty Ltd are seeking a dedicated Hotel Services Manager to oversee day-to-day hotel operations, ensuring smooth coordination and consistently high service standards.
Position Details
• Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent
• Location: Halls Creek, WA 6770
• Salary: $76,515 $79,000 per year plus superannuation
Key Responsibilities
• Determine requirements, allocate tasks and supervise housekeeping and maintenance staff
• Work closely with other areas to ensure a cohesive approach to guest service and operations.
• Manage staff rosters, attendance, and shift scheduling to ensure adequate coverage.
• Maintain and promote workplace health and safety standards.
• Address staff concerns and workplace issues promptly and professionally.
• Support front desk and guest reception functions as needed.
About You
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a hotel supervisory or management role.
• Strong leadership, communication, and team coordination skills.
• Excellent time management and problem-solving abilities.
• A commitment to outstanding customer service.
• Sound knowledge of hospitality operations and safety requirements.
