        Receptionist (Permanent, Full-time)
HALLS CREEK MOTEL AND RESTAURANT PTY LTD
Halls Creek Motel, a well-established accommodation provider in the Halls Creek region (WA 6770), is looking for enthusiastic and dependable Receptionists to join our team. As the first point of contact for guests, you’ll help create a welcoming atmosphere and ensure front desk operations run smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
• Welcome and assist visitors, directing them to the right staff member, area or department.
• Schedule and record appointments and reservations.
• Respond to inquiries and provide accurate information about our services, facilities, and local area.
• Answer calls in a polite and professional manner.
• Handle and resolve guest complaints with patience and professionalism.
• Receive and distribute mail, messages, and deliveries.
• Keep the reception area tidy, organised, and inviting.
• Coordinate and confirm accommodation bookings.
• Carry out general administrative duties such as filing, data entry, photocopying, and handling outgoing mail.
Requirements:
• At least 1 year of prior experience in reception, hospitality, or office administration
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organised, detail-oriented, and confident using computers.
• Professional appearance and a positive attitude.
• Able to manage multiple tasks calmly and efficiently.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Full-time, ongoing work rights in Australia.
Benefits:
• Annual salary between $69,000 and $74,000, plus superannuation.
