We are currently on the lookout for a committed Store Manager to lead the team at Fruit Barn Donnybrook. This full-time, hands-on role offers the opportunity to take charge of day-to-day store operations while delivering exceptional customer service and guiding a motivated team.

As the Store Manager, you will play a key leadership role in the overall performance of the store. Your responsibilities will range from team management and stock control to sales initiatives and compliance. Your efforts will directly contribute to a well-organised, customer-friendly retail environment.

Your Main Duties Will Include:

• Managing all daily store operations including inventory and stock control
• Overseeing budgeting, financial reporting, and managing expenses
• Keeping the store running smoothly from stock and inventory to rostering and daily operations
• Helping the team stay motivated, well-trained, and supported
• Running promotions and local events to drive foot traffic and sales
• Making sure the store is clean, safe, and always looking its best
• Ensuring all food safety, health regulations, and company policies are complied with
• Building strong relationships with suppliers
• Handling customer issues quickly and professionally
What we are looking for

• At least 1 year of experience in a retail management role (full-time)
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities
• Highly organised, approachable, and proactive
• Willing to work weekends, public holidays, and additional hours when required
• Must have permanent, unrestricted working rights in Australia

What we are offering

• An annual remuneration of $77,000 $85,000 per annum (above award rate, based on experience)
