Full Time Retail Store Manager
SALARY: $75,000 - $78,000 per year + SUPERANNUATION

PURPOSE OF THE POSITION
The Store Manager serves as main driving force of the team in achieving target goals of the business, equipped with passion, accountability for team leadership, keen to details, and operational excellence. You’ll deliberately manage the overall operation of the store while teaching and developing your team to meet and exceed customer expectations.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
As a Store Manager your key responsibilities are as follows:
• Guide and develop high-performing retail team to exceed customer service and
• sales objectives
• Excellent customer engagement and personalised retail experiences across all
• Touchpoints
• Develop and execute strategic sales initiatives, promotional campaigns, and
• seasonal product launches
• Oversee inventory management, stock control, loss prevention protocols, and
• daily operations including WHS compliance
• Frequently monitoring market trends and competitor activities to update
• business decisions and coped up with the market
• Prepare inclusive performance reports and strategic recommendations for
• Owner/Director while coordinating with Marketing and Sales team

REQUIRED SKILLS ACADEMIC AND TRADES QUALIFICATIONS :
• Graduate qualification in Management or similar discipline (desirable)
• Bachelor’s degree in Management or a related business field (essential)
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Retail Store Manager
• Excellent customer service skill and can work under pressure
• Excellent computer literacy skills: Word, Excell and Power Point
• Excellent oral and written communication skill
• Strong leadership ability and time management
• Strong financial skill and keen to details
