About Us:
Greenhead General and Fuel Store, operated by The Pacific Group Pty Ltd, is a locally trusted retail and fuel outlet dedicated to providing quality products and excellent customer service. We are seeking an experienced and motivated Retail Manager to join our team and oversee the daily operations of our store.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
• Plan, direct, and coordinate the daily operations of the retail and fuel store.
• Manage inventory levels, stock ordering, and supplier relationships.
• Supervise, train, and roster retail staff to ensure efficient service delivery.
• Implement and monitor sales strategies to achieve business targets.
• Maintain compliance with workplace health and safety and company policies.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly and professionally.
• Prepare and analyse financial and sales reports to support business performance.
• Oversee merchandising, pricing, and promotional activities.
Requirements:
• Minimum of 1 year experience in a retail management role, preferably in general or fuel retail.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
• Ability to manage budgets, stock, and team performance.
• Understanding of retail compliance and customer service standards.
• Relevant qualification in Business Management or Retail Management (highly regarded).
Successful candidates will be on an annual salary of $75,000 to $80,000, Plus Superannuation.
