About Us:
FIVE K TRANSPORT PTY LTD is a reputable and growing logistics and transport company committed to delivering reliable and efficient freight services across Australia. We are currently seeking an experienced and dedicated Fleet Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations and maintenance of our transport fleet and ensure seamless service delivery.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
• Plan, direct and coordinate the operations of the company’s transport fleet to ensure efficiency and compliance.
• Develop and implement maintenance schedules for all vehicles to ensure optimal performance and safety.
• Manage vehicle registration, insurance, and compliance with transport regulations and company policies.
• Supervise drivers and logistics staff, ensuring adherence to schedules, routes, and company standards.
• Analyse fleet data to improve cost-efficiency, fuel consumption, and operational productivity.
• Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and contractors to ensure smooth logistics operations.
• Prepare and maintain operational reports, budgets, and performance records.
• Implement safety and training programs for fleet and transport staff.
Skills and Experience Required:
• Minimum of 1 year experience in a fleet or transport management role.
• Strong knowledge of logistics operations, vehicle maintenance, and transport compliance regulations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Relevant qualification in logistics, business management, or a related field is required.

Successful candidates will be on an annual salary of $75,000 to $80,000, Plus Superannuation.
