The Digital Merchandiser is responsible for architecting and optimising our entire online retail experience to maximise revenue for our premium merchandise division. You will manage the end-to-end digital product lifecycle, curating and presenting our exclusive collection from trading apparel and mugs to custom mousepads and stationery. Your role requires bridging our expertise in spot gold market mastery with the aesthetic of our luxury lifestyle brand. You will utilise web analytics to refine product placement, write SEO-optimised descriptions, and ensure seamless site taxonomy to enhance the customer journey and conversion rates.
Essential Qualifications
1. Proven experience managing an e-commerce platform and product catalogue, with a focus on conversion rate optimisation (CRO).
2. Demonstrable proficiency in web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) to inform merchandising decisions.
3. Experience in writing compelling, SEO-optimised product descriptions for retail.
