Position Overview

This position involves leading implementation of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems by managing system configuration, data migration, user training, and go-live support. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong project management expertise, problem-solving excellence, and the ability to work effectively under pressure in a complex technical environment.

Key Qualifications

5+ years of ERP implementation experience with proficiency in ERP platforms (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics)

Knowledge of business processes, system integration, and data migration

Strong project management skills with experience in system configuration

Understanding of healthcare or medical industry preferred

Excellent communication and training abilities with fluency in English

Essential Responsibilities

Manage ERP implementation projects from planning to go-live; configure ERP system modules and workflows

Conduct business process analysis and optimization; manage data migration and system integration

Develop implementation timelines and budgets; train end-users and create documentation

Test system functionality and resolve issues, coordinate with IT and business stakeholders

Provide post-implementation support and identify opportunities for process improvements

Compensation: Competitive contractor rate, based on experience and qualifications
