This position involves developing and executing email marketing campaigns targeting patients while utilizing SQL to query patient data, segment audiences, and generate reports for healthcare communications. The successful candidate will demonstrate expertise in data analysis, campaign optimization, and healthcare compliance in a dynamic remote environment.

Key Qualifications

5+ years of email marketing experience with proficiency in SQL and database querying

Experience with email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, Klaviyo, HubSpot)

Knowledge of healthcare compliance (HIPAA) and patient privacy requirements

Strong analytical and data interpretation skills with experience in A/B testing and campaign optimization

Knowledge of HTML and email design preferred

Essential Responsibilities

Develop email marketing strategy and campaigns; create personalized email content and messaging

Query patient databases using SQL to segment audiences and design and test email templates

Manage email campaigns, monitor performance, and analyze campaign metrics while generating reports

Conduct A/B testing and optimize conversion rates; ensure HIPAA compliance in all patient communications

Collaborate with medical team on messaging and maintain patient data security and privacy

Identify and implement opportunities to improve campaign performance
