Job Title: Japanese Customer Expert (Bilingual Speaker)
Location: Eastwood, Quezon City (Fraud Account)
Account/ LOB: Fraud Detection
Work Set up & Schedule: Night Shift
Salary Package: 80,000 - 120,000 based candidate work experience

Job Qualifications:
Proficiency in Japanese language (JLPT N1, N2, or N3; open to both native and non-native speakers)
English proficiency at B2 CEFR level or higher
Minimum of 6 months’ experience in a call center, BPO, or related customer service role
Strong Keigo (敬語) skills for professional and polite communication in Japanese
Willingness to work onsite
