You will be joining a fast-growing online division, who will be responsible for providing post-sales support to new and existing customers, as well as managing orders by liaising with all internal stakeholders.

What you'll be working on:

Liaise with customers on live chat and inbound calls for pre-sales enquiries, including the recommendation of products, providing quotations, and taking orders
Maintain a strong and positive relationship with all customers, and ensure swift fulfillment of all customer needs
Provide assistance to senior project managers for the preparation, compilation and presentation of larger commercial fit-out projects
What we're looking for:

Open to fresh graduates or candidates with experience in a fast-paced sales / customer service environment
Experience with CRM platforms such as Shopify
Experience in the Microsoft Office Suite including Intermediate Microsoft Word & Excel skills
Experience working with international clients is a plus!
Accuracy and attention to detail essential
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work both independently and as part of a highly productive team
