What you’ll do:
* Finance
· Bookkeeping, invoicing, payroll, and account reconciliations in QuickBooks
· AP/AR reporting, cash-flow updates, support for tax filings, and insurance renewals
· Maintain finance dashboards and ensure accurate month-end reporting

* Administrative Operations
· Manage company email, phone support (5 10 calls/day), calendars, and scheduling for clients/vendors/team
· Build and maintain SOPs and process docs
· Track agreements and contracts (review, routing, signatures)
· Support hiring: post jobs, screen applicants, coordinate onboarding/offboarding
· Keep HubSpot CRM clean and current (clients, leads, activities)
· Help with social posts, simple content updates, and Google Business Profile
· Research industry trends for content and team presentations

What you’ll bring
· 1+ year in admin + phone support (inbound/outbound, 5 10 calls/day)
· Excellent English, clear and friendly phone presence for US clients
· Proficient with QuickBooks, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace
· Working knowledge of HubSpot CRM and basic social scheduling tools
· Confident with online calendars (Google/Outlook/Calendly)
· Process-minded: you enjoy creating/streamlining SOPs
· Highly organized, detail-obsessed, self-motivated, and resourceful
