Job Description
This is a job for someone who can type fast, think faster, and make strangers feel better through a screen. You’ll be the friendly human on the other end of a blinking chat box, solving problems, answering questions, and occasionally calming the occasional keyboard warrior (with grace, of course).
What You’ll Actually Do
Respond to live chat messages with clarity, kindness, and zero typos (okay, maybe one, but not two).
Help people find answers, fix issues, and generally not lose their minds.
Be a translator between what the user says and what they actually mean.
Keep a cool head when a customer comes in hot.
Know when to send the perfect emoji or stay strictly professional.
Take notes, tag things, and make sure we don’t drop the ball.
What You Need
Fast fingers (seriously you’ll be typing all day).
Crystal-clear written English (bonus if you know when not to use an exclamation mark).
Empathy, patience, and a decent sense of humor.
A stable internet connection because buffering mid-chat is a crime.
The ability to work solo, but not ghost your team.
Some tech comfort you don’t need to code, just not panic when you hear CRM.
