        Mayo Behavioral Health is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Work from Home Claims Processing Help Desk Associate. In this role, you will be responsible for providing support to our claims processing team and ensuring timely and accurate processing of claims. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home.
Responsibilities:
Provide assistance to claims processing team members
Answer incoming calls and emails from providers regarding claim status
Review and resolve claims processing errors
Update claim information in the system
Assist with training new team members on claims processing procedures
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Prior experience in claims processing or customer service
Strong attention to detail
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
