Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional manner
Provide accurate information about products and services to customers
Resolve customer queries and complaints quickly and efficiently
Maintain detailed logs of customer interactions and transactions
Follow up on customer inquiries and ensure timely resolution
Promote and upsell products and services where appropriate
Achieve daily and monthly call targets
Work closely with the sales and customer service teams to meet objectives
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; higher education preferred
Proven experience as a telecaller, customer service representative, or in a similar role
Fluent in [specific language(s) as required]
Excellent verbal communication skills
