Key Responsibilities
• Oversee day-to-day workshop operations to ensure smooth, timely service
• Lead and support a team of skilled technicians
• Maintain high-quality service standards in line with manufacturer expectations
• Collaborate with senior management to achieve department goals
• Provide technical assistance and hands-on guidance when needed
• Ensure excellent customer service at all stages
• Confirm all repairs and services are completed to standard

• Proven background in a service leadership or workshop controller role
• Strong mechanical and diagnostic knowledge
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Confident leadership with a supportive approach
