مهندس مدني محترف يتمتع بخبرة تزيد عن خمس سنوات في مجالات التصميم والإشراف والتنفيذ يجمع بين المهارات الهندسية الدقيقة والرؤية المعمارية الإبداعية. يتمتع بخبرة واسعة في استخدام برامج التصميم الهندسي والمعماري وعلى رأسها AutoCAD إضافة إلى برامج أخرى مثل Revit وSketchUp وSAP2000 وPrimavera.

يتقن إعداد الرسومات التنفيذية والتصميمات المعمارية والإنشائية وتحليل البيانات الهندسية والمشاركة في إدارة المشاريع من التخطيط وحتى التسليم. لديه فهم جيد بسوق العقارات والبناء مما يعزز قدرته على تقييم جدوى المشاريع والتنسيق مع الجهات ذات العلاقة لتحقيق الأهداف ضمن الجداول الزمنية والميزانيات المحددة.
كما يمتلك خبرة عملية في السوق السعودي ومعرفة دقيقة بالأنظمة والاشتراطات البلدية والتنظيمية المعمول بها في المملكة العربية السعودية مما يضمن الالتزام الكامل بالمعايير المحلية ومتطلبات الجهات الرسمية.

Job Description: Civil Engineer with Architectural Background

A professional civil engineer with over five years of experience in design, supervision, and execution. Combines precise engineering skills with creative architectural vision. Possesses extensive experience in using leading engineering and architectural design software such as AutoCAD, as well as Revit, SketchUp, SAP2000, and Primavera.

Proficient in preparing shop drawings, architectural and structural designs, analyzing engineering data, and participating in project management from planning to delivery. Has a solid understanding of the real estate and construction market, enhancing his ability to assess project feasibility and coordinate with relevant authorities to achieve objectives within defined timelines and budgets.
Additionally, he has practical experience in the Saudi market and a strong understanding of local regulations, municipal codes, and building requirements in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, ensuring full compliance with national standards and official procedures.

Key Skills:

Designing and executing civil and architectural projects.

Proficient in engineering and architectural design software.

Preparing detailed and execution drawings.
