Job scopes:
Participate in property sales activities, roadshows and events
Schedule appointments with clients for sales visits
Demonstrating and presenting company products
Review sales performance to achieve sales target with team leader and sales manager
Recording leads, sales and conveyancing data into sales software
Submit and track property loan progress with financiers
Assist customers in vacant possession and defect liability
Requirements of the job:
Able to read and write English
Able to communicate in Chinese
Basic computer functions include Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
Possess knowledge in property industry
Working experience at least 1 year in property industry
Proactive and high efficiency
Possess own transport
