1. Customer Service & Consultation
Greet walk-in clients with a warm welcome
Assist customers with service information and product recommendations
2. Sales & Upselling
Promote grooming packages, membership deals, and retail products
Achieve monthly sales targets and assist with promotional campaigns
3. Appointment Management
Handle bookings via phone, WhatsApp, or walk-in
Coordinate grooming schedules with groomers and manage daily appointments
4. Cashiering & Data Entry
Manage payments, issue receipts, and update customer records in the system
Ensure daily sales reports and customer data are accurately maintained
5. Customer Follow-Up & Retention
Follow up with regular clients to remind about grooming schedules
Handle feedback, complaints, and ensure a positive customer experience
6. Store Operations Support
Assist with stock display, cleanliness of the front area, and basic store upkeep
Work closely with the grooming and hotel team to ensure smooth operations
Job Requirement
Sales experience, enjoys interacting with people.
Cheerful, confident, communicative, warm-hearted and approachable
Pet lovers, especially dog or cat owners, are preferred.
Good command of English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin. (Need to liaise with China customer / supplier).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Basic knowledge of pet care (e.g., grooming frequency, skin issues, pet behavior).
Familiar with online marketing tools (e.g., Instagram, Xiaohongshu).
Previous experience in customer service, grooming, salon, or retail setting is a strong advantage.
