Karmaleon, a rapidly expanding value-added reseller specialising in IT Service Management (ITSM) and Enterprise Service Management (ESM), is actively seeking experienced freelance sales agents. We collaborate with leading global software vendors to deliver innovative ITSM, AIOps, Asset Management, and cybersecurity solutions. Our clientele encompasses SMEs, public sector organisations, and councils throughout the UK and internationally.

This is a commission-only role offering considerable earning potential for highly motivated sales professionals who excel in an autonomous work environment and are directly remunerated for their achievements.

Responsibilities
- Identify and engage key decision-makers, including CEOs, CIOs, IT Directors, and Operations Leaders.
- Present compelling ITSM/ESM and AIOps solutions designed to reduce operational costs, enhance efficiency, and improve regulatory compliance.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from initial lead generation to successful deal closure.
- Operate autonomously while receiving comprehensive support from our technical and leadership teams.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status in the CRM system.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the process.

Qualifications
