Hours: Monday to Friday 07h30 to 17h30

Rhubarb Recruitment is hiring a Kitchen Manager / Head Chef for a premium fast-casual health food brand in Central London. This is a hands-on leadership role in a growing QSR concept focused on fresh-prep, oven-led menus and scalable kitchen systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead kitchen operations and manage a Central Production Unit (CPU)
Oversee batch prep, cook chill, vacuum-pack workflows
Write SOPs, allergen controls, and HACCP documentation
Manage Rational iCombi Pro programming and team training
Set stock levels, ordering systems, and minimise waste
Support menu development, including breakfast items
Ideal Candidate:
Experience in QSR, dark kitchens, or production kitchens
Skilled in cook chill, vacuum-packing, and Rational ovens
Strong systems thinker with SOPs, KPIs, and training experience
Able to scale operations across multiple sites
