Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Account Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing financial records, handling transactions, preparing reports, and supporting overall financial operations in line with company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage bank reconciliations and daily financial transactions.

Process accounts payable and receivable accurately and on time.

Prepare commissions

Maintain up-to-date financial records and reports.

Advise on investment portfolios and support financial decision-making.

Handle tax and audit activities as required.

Conduct financial analysis and prepare monthly reports for management.

Support inter-departmental operations with financial insights.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field.

Minimum of 1 2 years of relevant experience (real estate sector experience is an added advantage).

Strong knowledge of accounting principles, tax regulations, and audit processes.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.

High level of integrity and accountability.

Remuneration:

N100,000
