Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our Human Resources department. This role will provide valuable hands-on experience in HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, training, and HR administration. The intern will support the HR team in daily operations and gain exposure to the full cycle of human resources management.
Responsibilities
Assist in posting job advertisements and screening resumes.
Help schedule and coordinate interviews.
Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
Support onboarding and orientation of new employees.
Assist in organizing HR events, trainings, and workshops.
Prepare HR-related documents, reports, and presentations.
Handle basic employee inquiries and provide administrative support.
Ensure confidentiality and compliance with company policies and labor laws.
Requirements
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Ability to work in a team and handle sensitive information.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
