Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment: Assist with job postings, candidate sourcing, and interview scheduling.
2. Employee Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and databases.
3. Benefits Administration: Assist with benefits enrollment, communication, and administration.
4. Employee Relations: Support HR team with employee relations, including conflict resolution and performance management.
5. Training and Development: Assist with training programs, workshops, and events.
Requirements:
1. Education: Currently enrolled in a degree program in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
2. Skills:
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR software (e.g., Workday, BambooHR)
