Job Title: Customer Service Representative
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Customer Service Representative to join our team. The CSR will act as the first point of contact for customers, providing product/service information, resolving issues, and ensuring an excellent customer experience. The ideal candidate is patient, detail-oriented, and has strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities:
*Answer incoming calls, emails, and chats to assist customers with inquiries, complaints, and support requests.
*Provide accurate information about products, services, policies, and procedures.
*Handle and resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner.
*Process orders, forms, applications, and requests.
*Document and update customer records based on interactions.
*Follow up on customer interactions to ensure satisfaction.
*Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate departments or supervisors when necessary.
*Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
*Meet performance targets such as response time, customer satisfaction, and call handling metrics.
Qualifications & Skills:
*Ssce,Ond,Hnd
*Proven experience in customer service or a related field is a plus.
*Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
*Strong active listening and problem-solving abilities.
*Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
*Patience and empathy when dealing with difficult situations.
Work Environment:
Office-based, remote, or hybrid depending on company setup.
Salary Range: Competitive and based on experience.
