Key Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management or related field.
Minimum of three (3) years’ experience in a similar role in a corporate firm.
Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
Proficiency in MS Office and collaboration tools.
Responsibilities:
Manage executive calendars and coordinate meetings.
Prepare reports and presentations/proposals.
Serve as a professional liaison between leadership, clients and team members.
Track meeting action points and ensure proper follow-ups.
Maintain confidentiality of records and documents.
