Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating new business leads, building relationships with existing customers, and driving sales growth. Your success will be measured by your ability to meet or exceed sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales Growth:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and relationship-building.
- Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of potential customers.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the growth of the company.
2. Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
- Understand customer needs and provide solutions that meet their requirements.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues promptly.
3. Product/Service Knowledge:
- Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our products/services.
- Understand the competitive landscape and market trends.
- Provide accurate and helpful information to customers.
4. Sales Process:
- Follow established sales processes and procedures.
- Utilize sales tools and technology to manage sales activities.
- Continuously update sales records and reports.
5. Communication:
- Communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and management.
- Provide regular updates on sales progress and customer feedback.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues.
6. Market Intelligence:
- Gather market intelligence and competitor information.
- Analyze market trends and provide insights to improve sales strategies.
Requirements:
- Minimum of Diploma, NCE, HND, or OND in a relevant field.
- Proven sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
