Client Protection: Safeguarding the client and their family from physical harm, theft, or injury.
Risk Assessment: Conducting reconnaissance to identify potential threats, locate emergency services like hospitals, and understand the client's specific needs and vulnerabilities.
Logistics and Planning: Organizing and coordinating travel and venue logistics, including pre-trip planning and managing schedules.
Reputation Management: Protecting the client's lifestyle, image, and reputation.
Emergency Preparedness: Being knowledgeable about the client's medical information (e.g., allergies, blood type) to be prepared for emergencies.
Essential Skills and Qualities
Vigilance: Maintaining constant awareness of surroundings to detect threats.
Fitness: A crucial requirement for the physically demanding nature of the role.

Qualifications and Training

Background Checks: This includes verification of citizenship, criminal records, and qualification validity.
Assessments: CPOs may also undergo background checks, polygraph tests, and practical exams to assess their capabilities and fitness.
