Job Description

• Position: Food Services Manager (NOC 60030)
• Vacancies: One (1)
• Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent
• Compensation: $36.00 per hour
• Working hours: 30 40 hours per week
• Benefits: 4 % of vacation pay / Free meals at work

Job Duties
• Hire, train, supervise and develop all staff and conduct performance reviews
• Direct, organize, evaluate, and implement operational procedures for the establishment
• Ensure that health and safety regulations are followed
• Control and order food and beverage supplies and inventory, and monitor food preparation and methods
• Provide customer service and resolve customer complaints or concerns
• Plan and coordinate with suppliers to maintain food, inventory, and other supplies
• Organize marketing initiatives, such as special promotions
• Develop marketing strategies by utilizing social media networks
• Maintain work schedules, process payroll, and balance cash
• Provide administrative support in developing budgets and completing balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms
• Monitor revenues and costs of products and services
• Ability to work shifts (day, evening, night, and/or weekends)

Requirements
• Completion of Secondary School.
• Minimum 3 years of work experience in a restaurant supervisory role
• Restaurant management experience in a high volume, fast paced food service environment is an asset
