Job Description

Position available: Head Cashier

Qualification:
- Completion of secondary school is required.
- Previous retail sales experience (such as cashier, retail sales clerk etc.) is required.
- Proficient in English is required.

Main duties:
- Supervise and co-ordinate cashiers and shelf-stockers
- Assign workers to duties and prepare work schedules
- Authorize payments and returns of merchandise
- Sell merchandise to customers
- Resolve customer complaints and supply/organization issues
- Maintain specified inventory and order merchandise as required
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front-end area, such as, the cash register area, store supplies, and displays
- Prepare reports regarding sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters
- Train or arrange for the training of new staff

Wage & Benefits:
$ 22.60 per hour and 5.77% vacation fee of gross salary

Working hours:
5 hours per day and 30 hours per week (permanent & full-time position)
