Job Description
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, Mechanical/Electrical Technology, or related field.
- Minimum 5 7 years of experience in beverage equipment maintenance or technical service management in the food and beverage or hospitality industry.
- Experience managing third-party service providers and drafting/monitoring SLAs.
Strong technical exposure and understanding of beverage equipment (coffee, soft-drink, juice dispensing systems, etc.).
- Excellent project management, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to manage vendors and internal stakeholders.
- Ability to analyze technical data and generate actionable insights.
- Proficiency in using Computerized Maintenance Management Systems and reporting tools.
