Job Title: Sales Executive (Philippines Virtual/Remote, Manila Only)
Reports to: Head of Sales / VP Sales
Location: Remote (must be based in Manila, Philippines)

We are looking for a high-impact Sales Executive in Manila who can drive revenue growth, close enterprise-level deals, and build long-term client relationships across global markets.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage the full sales cycle for cybersecurity/IT solutions: pre-sales, proposals, negotiations, and closing.
• Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities (enterprise, SME, government) locally and internationally.
• Consistently achieve/exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual KPIs & revenue targets.
• Develop and execute sales strategies, forecast pipelines, manage CRM, and track performance metrics.
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with C-level executives, CISOs, IT heads, and other decision-makers.
• Collaborate with technical, delivery, and operations teams to design tailored solutions for client needs.
• Stay current on cybersecurity trends, emerging threats, and competitor offerings.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior sales and business development staff.
• Represent the company at industry forums, conferences, and client meetings.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
• Sales revenue achieved (monthly, quarterly, annually) vs. targets.
• Deal close rate (% of proposals won).
• Growth of qualified sales pipeline.
• Average deal size and profitability.
• Customer retention, upsell, and cross-sell success.
• Proposal turnaround time and responsiveness.
• Accuracy of sales forecasts.

Required Qualifications & Experience
• 4+ years of proven sales/business development experience in cybersecurity, IT security, or enterprise software.
• Demonstrated success in closing large deals and consistently meeting/exceeding KPIs under pressure.
• Solid technical understanding of cybersecurity/information security with ability to engage technical stakeholders.
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
• Experience selling to enterprise and government clients.
• Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
• Self-motivated, result-oriented, and high integrity.
• Experience managing sales processes, pipelines, CRMs.
• Must be based in Manila, Philippines.
• A stable internet connection and a personal laptop are mandatory for remote work.
• Bachelor’s degree in CS, Information Security, Engineering or related field; relevant certifications (CISSP, CISM, CEH) are a plus.

Compensation & Benefits
• Base Salary: $200-300 (depending on experience)
•Commission: 1.5% 5% on closed deals (performance-based)
