Tech-Savvy Virtual Assistant / Agency Partner (EdTech + Affiliate Marketing + Content Creation)

US-Based Startup Remote Long-Term Growth Role

Compensation

Hourly: $4 USD (depending on skill/experience)

PLUS

Performance Incentive: Starting 10% revenue share on day one. As business grows and milestones are met, revenue share increases step-by-step and caps at 20%.

Hours: Start at 25 hrs/week, with potential to expand into full-time

We’re a lean, fast-moving startup forecasted to reach $6500+/month revenue within 6 months.

This is not just a gig it’s a chance to plug into the core operations and share directly in the upside.

For Individuals: A growth role with guaranteed hourly pay + performance share. You’ll have ownership of execution and long-term upside.

For Agencies: A recurring revenue client in strong verticals (ESL + brain health). The profit share model creates scalable upside as revenue grows.

Role Overview

You (or your agency) will handle execution across:
Content & Social Media: Create/post short-form videos (YT Shorts, IG Reels, TikTok).
Affiliate Marketing: Research, set up, manage products + tracking.
Courses & Products: Upload ESL micro-courses + digital tools.
Blog & SEO: Manage Podia CMS content and optimize for traffic.
Email Funnels: Build campaigns in ConvertKit / MailerLite.
Website: Maintain Podia storefront + affiliate landing pages.
Analytics: Track/report via Google Analytics + dashboards.
YouTube Build-Out: Grow affiliate/product-focused channel (phased in).

This is a 90% execution role with direct founder support.

Skills Needed

Affiliate marketing (networks, UTMs, dashboard mgmt)
Video editing (CapCut, Canva, Descript)
Content writing (blogs, emails, product copy)
SMM + SEO basics (YouTube, TikTok, IG, LinkedIn)
Podia / WordPress / Gumroad familiarity
Email marketing (ConvertKit, MailerLite)
Google Analytics & affiliate dashboards
Tech-savvy, fast learner, entrepreneurial mindset

Revenue Share Upside

From day one, you’ll earn 10% revenue share across all profit streams:

Digital products & courses

Affiliate storefront + curated offers

Cognitive enhancer / brain booster verticals

YouTube affiliate + ad revenue

Sample Forecast (Month 6 goal):

Affiliate Store: $5,000

Digital Products & Courses: $3,000

YouTube & Partners: $2,000

Total = $10,000/month

Your share = $1,000 $2,500/month, in addition to hourly pay.
