Job Title: BDE / Sr. Executive Business Development (Account-Based Marketing)
Experience: 3+ Years
Industry Preference: BGV/ HR Placement / HR Shared Services Companies
Location: Chennai, India
Key Responsibilities:
• New Business Development: Drive new business through Account-Based Marketing (ABM) campaigns focusing on the domestic market.
• Key Account Management: Collaborate with the Desired Account Campaign Lead and act as a Key Account Manager (KAM) for the Customer Success (CS) team to identify cross-sell and up-sell opportunities.
• LinkedIn & Social Media Engagement: Create engaging content, run targeted campaigns, and build connections to generate leads.
• Lead Generation & Conversion: Engage prospects via calls, social media, and demos to convert them into clients.
• Networking & Events: Represent the company at HR/Tech forums, industry events, and client meetings to build relationships and expand business opportunities.
Skills & Qualifications:
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in Business Development or ABM, preferably in HR Placement or Shared Services industry.
• Expertise in LinkedIn outreach, social media marketing, and B2B lead generation.
• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with marketing, sales, and CS teams.
