Job Description

Responsibilities:
Monitoring incoming raw materials, in-processes and final product’s quality inspection and ensures all QC members carry out their job accordingly.
To develop effective quality control processes, quality control plan for production flow.
Ensure that incoming components and raw materials comply with quality standards.
Review and analyze quality reports for raw materials and finished products.
Responsible for handling product quality-related complaints.
Raise internal corrective action requests and verify their implementation.
Supervise inspectors, technicians, and provide guidance.
Ensure compliance with third-party inspections.
Oversee product development to identify deviations from quality standards.
Monitor quality trends and prepare reports for management.
Conduct internal and external audits as per quality management systems.
Ensure compliance with ISO documentation control and client audits.
Requirements:
Familiar with quality, measurement and other relevant laws and regulations.
Fluent both in Mandarin & English. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
Be familiar with and understand the standards of cross-border E-commerce Platforms.
Familiar with ISO 9000 / IATF 16949 quality management standards and quality management process.
Have a rich experience of furniture, home appliances and other products.
