Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Operations Manager to oversee the daily business activities and ensure efficiency across all departments. This role requires excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills to manage resources, optimize processes, and drive organizational growth.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee and manage daily operations to ensure smooth business processes.
Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Coordinate cross-departmental activities and align them with company objectives.
Manage budgets, optimize resources, and monitor financial performance.
Supervise, mentor, and train staff for better productivity.
Track KPIs and provide regular reports to senior management.
Ensure compliance with organizational policies and industry regulations.
Identify risks and recommend solutions for operational challenges.
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
Proven experience in operations management or a related leadership role.
Strong leadership, decision-making, and organizational skills.
Excellent communication (oral, written, and non-verbal).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and operational management tools.
