## Our Five Core Principles
At Voice Up, everything we do is guided by these five principles:
1. **Collaboration** - We believe that by working together, we achieve what's impossible alone. Just like in our "Cloud of Doubt" story where the superheroes must combine their powers, you'll join a community of artists working toward shared goals.
2. **Humility** - We value the ability to put ego aside, admit when approaches aren't working, and remain open to learning. As Art Fuller says, "That's where you start actually making progress."
3. **Patience** - Creating meaningful work takes time and persistence. You'll develop this quality as you work with young artists and navigate the creative process.
4. **Empathy** - Understanding others' feelings and experiences is central to our mental health themes. You'll create art that helps children process emotions and connect with others.
5. **Precision** - We pay careful attention to details that communicate effectively to our audience. You'll learn to tailor your artistic approach to specific age groups while maintaining clarity of message.
